Tired of bringing pickleback when gherkins and whisky both deserve so much better?

Well, the Mrs Elswood 'Pickled Papa' cocktail is the perfect high-class tipple, which means you can get your gherkin in at even the most high brow of occasions.

Ingredients

  • Ice

  • 85ml Gherkin Juice

  • 56ml Lime Juice

  • 142ml Whisky


Garnish


  • Charred Mrs Elswood Burger Gherkins

  • Lime Wedges

  • 1 Cocoktail Shaker & Strainer

  • Tumbler Glasses

  • Skewers

Preparation




  1. In a cocktail Shaker add a handfull of ice, the gherkin juice, lime juice and Whisky.

  2. Shake well. Pour into 2 tumbler glasses filled with crushed ice.

  3. Skewer a couple of charred burger gherkins & lime wedges and add for garnish.
